Miguel Perez
Head – Alternative Investments
Miguel Perez has over 20 years’ experience as an investor and entrepreneur in Asia. Before joining Inflo Capital Corp., he founded Ayannah, an award-winning fintech company enabling digital finance in emerging markets. Prior to this, he was a private equity fund manager investing in telecom and technology companies on behalf of investors like Soros Fund Management. Before this, he was at JPMorgan Chase in San Francisco where he advised Silicon Valley-based technology companies. Miguel has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Armen Minasian
Head – Risk
Armen Minasian has been a long-time provider of liquidity to markets and an active investor in US and European corporate actions. He recently has served as CEO and Portfolio Manager for Napeague Capital, a private hedge fund founded in 2005. Napeague Capital has offices in Boulder, New York, London and, most recently, Hong Kong. Armen brings 15 years of experience in managing risk assets in excess of US$1 billion, with a mix of private equity, global equities, and public debt.
Benedict Perez
Head – Strategy & Research
Benedict Perez is a veteran in global capital markets and has cultivated deep relationships in his over 20 years managing institutional Asian and emerging markets equity sales and trading teams for global financial institutions like Credit Suisse, Société Générale and Standard Chartered. He has distributed over US$200 billion of Asian deals in North America. Benedict also has experience in late-stage private investing and was an early investor in Alibaba, Spotify, Uber, Airbnb and SoFi. He has an MBA from the London Business School.
